¶ Building Plots
Building Plots allow you to build your own home, which can be upgraded with various upgrades that effect many areas of your life. Each building plot supports up to a certain size of property and by extension a maximum size of each upgrade. Properties may be demolished, returning the Plot and 50% of the Construction Resources.

¶ Properties
Once you have an available building plot you can then build a property. The available Property types are limited based on the best type of plots you own. Building a property will use your best owned applicable plot and costs a certain amount of each Construction Resource. Properties also take between several hours to several weeks to construct.
