Drug Items in Cartel Empire are a category of item that has a wide range of effects, primarily used to temporarily increase certain stats. All Drug items have a varying risk of Overdose though which always has a negative result which often outweighs the potential benefit.
Drug Items are exclusively created from Player-owned Production buildings.
