This button will bring you to the ‘Gym’, which will make you able to train your battle stats for energy. Training is one of the most important, if not the most important, things in this game. This is the only way to increase your fighting stats, which in turn will make you more likely to win a fight.
Explained here are the basics of the game mechanics.
Your battle stats are divided in 4 different offensive / defensive stats:
STR - Strength is your ability to hit harder and to overcome the defences of opponents.
DEF - Defence is your ability to mitigate damage or to stop it entirely when defending.
AGI - Agility measures how quickly you're able to move out of the way of damage
ACC - Accuracy affects how likely you are to hit when attacking with all types of weapons.
STR and ACC are classified as offensive Stats and DEF and AGI are classified as defensive Stats.
INT - Intelligence helps you gain more battle stats per used e. It's recommended to get this to 1000 as soon as quickly. More information later.
Training:
This is when you use your e (energy) to increase your stats. It's based on exponential gain, which mean, more battle stats = better gains from training. This is for each individual stat.
Cartel and specific Territory bonuses provide massive % boosts to training as high as 9.5%. This is invisible.
INT/Intelligence and combat courses are the best way to increase the gains from training. INT is the most important stat in this.
The jobs are divided into three categories.
Category 1: Standard jobs: Intimidation, Arson, Grand theft auto, Transport drugs. Each one of them has different levels of difficulty.
Category 2: Robbery jobs: Farm robberies (Fertilizer), Agave storehouse robberies (Agave hearts), Coca paste robbery (coca paste) and Construction robbery (Nails, bricks, concete bags, steel).
Category 3: Advance jobs: Blackmail and Hacking. Give great rewards, but are extremely hard.
